The problem
Teachers spend evenings rewriting the same material three or four ways so every pupil in the class can access it. Generic chatbots don't produce something you can hand out the next morning.
Schools and multi-academy trusts won't adopt a tool that can't answer their data-protection questions — before a single pupil's work is uploaded.

The product
The teacher-facing web app, onboarding, billing and analytics, plus 20+ resource generators designed with working teachers.

The AI pipeline
A multi-stage AI pipeline that takes an uploaded worksheet — or a phone photo of one — and returns a print-ready copy for each pupil in seconds, not evenings.

Cloud platform
A Python document service on Google Cloud Run, defined in Terraform and hosted in the UK.

Trust-ready data protection
A data processing agreement, a sub-processor list and DPIA support, so school trusts can sign off before rollout.
